Dr Laura Yeoh
Dr Laura Yeoh is a specialist Obstetrician and Gynaecologist working with Hatch Maternity and Mater Mothers’ Hospital. She completed her medical degree at the University of Queensland and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRANZCOG). Prior to studying medicine, Laura completed a degree in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Manchester in the UK.
Laura has a broad interest in general obstetrics and gynaecology and experience caring for women across both low-risk and complex pregnancies. She is passionate about providing safe, evidence-based and individualised care, with an emphasis on open communication and shared decision-making. She aims to ensure women feel informed, supported and confident throughout their pregnancy and birth.
As a mother to a young child herself, Laura also brings a personal understanding of the pregnancy, birth and early parenthood journey. She enjoys getting to know women and their families and supporting them through this important time in their lives.
